Eileen Borromeo is the Head of Marketing for South East Asia and Pakistan for Payoneer, an award-winning global payments platform helping entrepreneurs and businesses all over the world to pay and get paid.

Prior to joining the world of fintech, Eileen was an accomplished Strategist with both creative and effectiveness awards under her belt. She was also ranked #1 Planner in 2019 by adobo Magazine.

Eileen was a jury for the WARC Prize for Asian Strategy awards, a prestigious strategy and effectiveness competition twice over.

As Planning Director at McCann Worldgroup, she helped managed the largest business unit in the agency. She was also part of the team that made McCann the most awarded Philippines agency at the Cannes Lions in 2017.

She worked as an Account Planner for Bartle, Bogle and Hegarty where she worked on Vaseline in the Asia Pacific. She was also on the Asia Pacific team for British Airways and the global team for Surf.

Eileen spent her early agency life at Ogilvy, both in Manila and Singapore where she had her first taste of regional work for Kimberly Clark (Kotex).

Outside her corporate roles, she is involved in various creative and start-up projects, including being co-founder and chief marketing officer of the Podcast Network Asia.

Methods as to how to handle influencer marketing and ensure that the brand’s message is effectively shared to their audiences. The goal is to create the subconscious message to generate interest and pique the curiosity of the target market. In turn, this will increase brand awareness that will then increase social media following, creating a larger audience that will then in turn consume or book what the brand has to offer. Heidi Manabat specializes in influencer marketing in the hospitality industry and has worked independently as a consultant for the California Milk Advisory Board. Her passion for this specific facet of marketing communications was sparked during her time in Henann Group of Resorts, where she pioneered the team that opened their most recent properties in Bohol and Boracay, and the re-branding of their hotel, Boracay Regency. She then moved forward with The Ascott Limited cluster in the Philippines, then Crimson Boracay. She is currently connected with Grand Hyatt Manila.
